We have a beautiful property with lots of green space! The total cost of rent is base rent $1,029 plus $10/per person for garbage, tech fee $6.95 per account. In addition, you pay gas and electric through Xcel energy. We require that you carry liability insurance ($18 through us or you can provide your own liability or renters insurance) We make it easy! From scheduling a showing, paying your rent to submitting a maintenance request and signing your lease, it’s all online.
