I have lived here for the past 7 months; I love it and have just renewed my lease! The staff is super friendly, responsive, and helpful. Maintenance is fast! It is a quiet place to live, which is hugely important to me. The lease terms are flexible as well - amazing! Another massive plus is how dog friendly it is. There is a nice dog park for residents - a great amenity! The complex is very convenient to stores, coffee, etc. Definitely recommend!

This apartment was an amazing place to live at for a year. The actual apartment was laid out nicely, I loved having a small deck and washer and dryer. All the extra amenities were great too! I never had any issues while living here. Management was always so helpful if there were any questions, and even with all the residents they have, they seemed to remember everyone, which made it a welcoming place to live. They made the moving out process so seamless too. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who would be moving to the St. Cloud area.
