Abusive behavior towards staff will also result in reservation termination without refund. The property reserves the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if there is any indication of intent to harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the property's reputation. A security deposit hold of $300 - $500 may be collected. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for cleanup of human biomaterial, excessive pet hair, or smoking indoors. Stains on carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or the cost to replace. Unreturned keys will result in a $170 re-keying fee. Units found in unreasonable disorder may be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. Security fees may be billed if the property incurs costs from security, fire department, or police due to guest behavior, with a minimum fee of $150.
