This super large 1 bedroom studio is all above ground and has a big window, It has its own separate entry from the garage. It comes with a semi-private bathroom (shared with someone who is rarely at the premise) and shared laundry. There are bed/mattress, a study desk, wardrobe, dinner table. The room has its own heat thermostat. The room comes with a simple kitchen inside as well with a microwave, stove, hot plate, fridge, range hood etc. It is quiet, close to public transit, and perfect for a student at BCIT, FIC, or Simon Fraser University. The room is located at Hastings street and Holdom Ave, very close to SFU. It takes about 10 minutes to SFU Burnaby main campus or 30 minutes to the downtown campus by rapid transit R5. Hydro, heat, hot water, Telus fiber internet wifi are included. The room is available on April 1, 2026. If interested, please briefly introduce yourself and let me know the preferred move-in date.
