Free on-site parking is available for one standard-size personal vehicle per reservation. If you would like a 12 PM noon checkout, please inquire whether it's available for your stay for an additional $25 by 9 PM the night before your scheduled departure. If you would like to bring a pet, there is a $100 non-refundable fee per pet to cover the additional cost of cleaning. Located just minutes away from the famous Las Olas dining and nightlife scene, this apartment is also near Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, perfect for kayaking, biking, or relaxing, and the Water Taxi, where you can explore the city’s scenic canals from a unique perspective. It is 4.3 miles to FLL Airport, 0.9 miles to Las Olas Blvd, and 3.8 miles to Fort Lauderdale Beach. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced per city ordinance, and full legal names of all guests must be provided upon booking. Only standard-size personal vehicles are permitted; no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles (including RV’s, campers, mobile homes, 4 wheelers, etc.), buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed, and there is a $500 fine for violation. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed, and any guest or group found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund, and there is a $500 fine for violation. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is allowed, and outdoor smoking must be at least 10 feet from the building with all windows and doors closed; there is a $500 fine for violation. Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation before receiving check-in instructions. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later, and check-out is at 11 AM. To help ensure the safety of our guests, the property is monitored with exterior cameras that capture and record audio and video; there is a $1000 fine for unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts/apparatus. A rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. Please check your messages after booking to receive all necessary forms and arrival instructions. Please note that the partner will place a $350 refundable authorization hold on a credit or debit card about 72 hours before arrival for security. If damages or policy violations occur, related charges may apply; otherwise, the hold is released after checkout and processed within 5-7 business days.
