This beautiful home features a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a fridge, freezer, stove, and oven, as well as a breakfast bar with stool seating and all basic cooking essentials. The comfortable living room offers couches, a rug, artwork, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The dining area features a dinner table with seat settings for 6+, place settings, and dining utensils. The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer. Enjoy the backyard with an outdoor swimming pool and a furnished patio with a BBQ grill. Free parking is available to all guests. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). An additional nightly rate of $29 per night will be applied for each guest exceeding six. Located in Grand Prairie, this home is close to many attractions. Traders Village is a 5-minute drive away, Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark is a 10-minute drive, Lone Star Park is a 14-minute drive, and AT&T Stadium and Ripley’s Believe It or Not are each a 15-minute drive. Dallas attractions such as Mandalay Canal Walk at Las Colinas (14-minute drive), Reunion Tower (23-minute drive), Perot Museum of Nature and Science (24-minute drive), and The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza (25-minute drive) are also nearby. Parties or large unauthorized gatherings are not allowed. Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations. The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. To comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, a noise alert device has been installed in the home that measures decibels and sends alerts if reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
