Feel at home in this 3rd-floor 1-bedroom suite, accessible by elevator, offering breathtaking bayfront views and a large private balcony. This suite offers a king-size bed, a cozy couch, a full kitchen with a waterfront view, and an in-unit washer and dryer. For your entertainment, there are 2 Smart TVs where you can log into your own apps. Starter toiletries, paper goods, and coffee are provided. Enjoy the heated bayfront pool, hot tub, BBQ grills, and fitness center. Free parking is available. An air mattress is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a fee of $125 per pet, per stay, and are limited to a maximum weight of 50 lbs. Guests can bring up to 2 pets, and service animals stay free of charge. Just 6 minutes from the beach, this is your perfect home base for sunshine, sunsets, and waterfront serenity. Plenty of dining and bar options are nearby, including Doc Ford’s, next door, Cody’s Roadhouse, Glory Days Grill, Doe Doe’s Diner, Carrabba’s, The Joint, Harold Seltzer’s Steak House, Texas Roadhouse, Jungle Prada Tavern, Angry Pepper, Bonefish Grill, Longhorn Steak House, Marios at Madeira Beach, Salt Rock Grill, Ricky T’s Bar and Grill and Caddy’s. Quiet hours are between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. Pets must be reported in advance and kept on a leash when outside. Guests must pick up after their pets, or a $50 penalty applies. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or smart TV apps. A digital rental agreement, legal photo ID, and verification selfie are required prior to arrival. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200.
