According to my Google maps, there is a far more insidious third variable that I could not repeat. One personal fave is my aussie voice-navigator-of-choice butchering "Kings-shy-way". But I digress. Check out this excellent second-floor, two-bedroom duplex on Oleatha (however you prefer to say it). Beautiful hardwood floors throughout, with some very interesting textures going on in the living room and dining room. Great open floor plan, and spacious bedrooms connected Aussie-style... outback, by a bonus room. Awesome vintage tile bathroom and the kitchen has a surprising amount of space + gas range, dishwasher and microwave. Fret not, Washer and dryer hookups in the basement to keep those clothes so fresh and so clean. Easy street parking on this big 'n wide street- WALK to Uncle' Bill's Pancakes!!! And that means you're incredibly close to the Golden Hoosier, Pipers Coffee, Bud's Pizza & Beer, and more, too! APP STUFF: We’ll check your credit, and while it doesn’t need to be flawless, we do expect it to show that you pay your bills on time and keep things in order. If you’ve rented before, we’ll also take a look at your track record as a tenant. And of course, we want to see that you're financially sound(3x/rent). PETS: 1 small dog up to 20lbs, or up to 2 cats; pet rent additional. Got a lizard or other teensy critter? No pet rent for them, just make sure they’re not plotting world domination.
