Also in the apartment central air and heat, double-pane windows, ceiling fan in the bedroom, spacious dining room with plenty of space for a desk or work-space. It’s getting some minor touchups, but will be ready in a week or so. Easy in-and-out of this first floor space. Also coin-laundry and additional storage in the well-lit and tidy basement. Convenient location, just steps away from Hampton Village, Lindenwood Apartments is South City living at it's finest! Email me to view!
