Avoid this apartment. The new owner (1904 Management) that took over this year (2022) does no justice. He kicked out all the tenants this summer, refusing to renew their leases, claiming that he is going to renovate the building - which turned out to be only wall painting. He was trying to get me into a 1 bedroom unit that was disgusting & malodorous. He was also trying to charge higher rent from me than what was advertised on Zillow. After the owner took over the apartment, the elevator in this building has been broken for several months. I was even stuck in the elevator before, but the mgmt was not apologetic at all. The hallways DO NOT get cleaned often. Unlike any other apartment properties, at here, there is NO phone number to call if anything happens to an apartment unit. I have lived in other apartments in the past, and I have never dealt with a landlord/leasing mgmt that was this malignant and rude. The photos are the condition of the "renovated unit" that the owner was trying to move me into. I did not sign my lease for the unit.
