Guests may park multiple vehicles, as long as it does not disrupt other guests and follows the first-come, first-served policy. This area is primarily car-friendly, but guests can also access local public transportation through EC Rider, Fort Walton Beach’s bus service. Bike rentals and local shuttle services are also popular options for exploring the area. No parties, events, or unauthorized guests are allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Violations of house rules may result in additional charges or immediate termination of the reservation without refund. Guests are expected to respect all house rules and check-in and check-out times. Guests are kindly asked to notify the host of their expected arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. After check-in, guests are kindly asked to report any cleaning or maintenance concerns within 2 hours.
