There is an additional small room that would make for the perfect office space/sun room. This cabin is located on a large lot, providing a beautiful and serene environment to call home. There is also a main home on the property, that the owners do use occasionally. 4 Wheel drive is highly recommended. The driveway is rather long and the tenant would be responsible for handling snow removal in the winter. Tenant is also responsible for utilities.
