Some kitchen appliances have been upgraded and are not reflected in the photos. Enjoy the luxury of a gas fireplace to warm up with in the winter months as well as the convenience of a washer and dryer in the home. This Townhome is fully furnished. Included in the rental amount is snow removal (back patio snow removal is tenant responsibility), landscaping, common area maintenance, water, and sewer. Internet, trash, electricity, natural gas, and renter's insurance are at tenant responsibility. This property is NOT pet friendly. We are looking for a 12 month lease commitment. Monthly rent is $2,300 a month, security deposit is one month's rent with approved credit, application fee of $35 per applicant over the age of 18 years old.
