This house features four bedrooms and two baths, comfortably sleeping up to 11 people. The kitchen is fully equipped, providing room to cook, serve, and keep the conversation going. When the day is done, the electric fireplace creates a cozy living room. You'll find games, puzzles, and reading materials for entertainment. Outside, enjoy a hot tub under coastal skies. A golf cart is available to take you to the beach and back. The coast here is flat and honest. The road thins out, the houses sit on their pilings, and the Gulf does what it has always done—roll in, pull back, and leave you with salt in the air and quiet in your chest. Maximum occupancy is 11 people. Any additional people must be pre-approved prior to final reservation. Only registered guests are allowed at the house, and any visitors must be disclosed and approved. Do not park under the house; park only on the concrete driveway, being careful not to hit the pilings with your vehicle. Grilling is allowed downstairs on the patio area only and must be cleaned after use. If you go to the beach, rinse sand off in the shower under the house or on any of the available water hoses, and leave your sandy shoes on the deck by the front door. Do not flush feminine hygiene products or pour grease down the drains. If something is accidentally broken, let us know ASAP. Please lock doors and windows upon departure. Guests are responsible for any damage, towing, tire damage, charger damage, or fines related to the golf cart. If the hot tub water becomes cloudy or foamy due to misuse, you may be charged for extra service to drain and refill it. Drivers of the golf cart must be 25+, have a valid driver’s license, and be sober. Do not exceed the cart’s seating capacity, and everyone must stay seated. Children must be supervised at all times, and no child drivers are allowed. Drive only on neighborhood/public roads where carts are allowed, avoiding dunes, private property, deep sand, standing water, and surf. Drive safely, yielding to pedestrians, and use lights after dark. Before driving, ensure the golf cart is unplugged and charged to at least 90%. When finished, place the cart in neutral, turn it off, plug it back in to charge, hose it down to remove sand/salt, install/apply wheel locks, and replace the golf cart cover and strap. Keep keys in the home when not in use, as lost keys will incur a replacement fee. Use the hot tub at your own risk, and use common sense. No glass is allowed in or near the hot tub. Rinse before getting in to avoid lotions, oils, self-tanner, or sand. The maximum temperature is 104°F, and soaks should be limited to 15–20 minutes with breaks. Kids must be supervised, and infants are not allowed. Pregnant guests should consult a doctor before use. No jumping, diving, roughhousing, or bubbles/soap products are allowed.
