Feel at home in this 4th-floor 1-bedroom suite, accessible by elevator, offering amazing waterviews and beautiful sunsets over the bay. Enjoy waterfront views from the extra-large private balcony. This newly renovated suite features brand new stainless steel appliances, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. The living room has a sleeper sofa and a smart TV, and the bedroom has a queen bed and a smart TV. Beach gear and supplies are provided, including chairs and towels. Free parking and Wi-Fi are included. The resort offers a year-round heated pool, waterfront hot tub, fishing, Pinellas Trail entrance right across the street for cycling, running, and bird watching, Doc Ford's Rum Bar in the parking lot, a marina and boat launch right around the corner, boat rentals down the street, a 24/7 fitness center with basic weights and cardio equipment, and propane BBQ grills. This is a tourism area with plenty of dining and bar options nearby, including Doc Fords, next door, Cody’s Roadhouse, Glory Days Grill, Doe Doe’s Diner, Carrabba’s, The Joint, Harold Seltzer’s Steak House, Texas Roadhouse, Jungle Prada Tavern, Angry Pepper, Bonefish Grill, Longhorn Steak House, Marios at Madeira Beach, Salt Rock Grill, Ricky T’s Bar and Grill, and Caddy’s. A digital rental agreement must be signed and a valid ID must be provided prior to arrival. The booking guest must be at least 18 years of age to check-in and security will request an ID upon arrival. Check-in time is 4 PM EST and checkout time is 11 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Pets must be reported in advance and in writing to the Manager. Guests can bring up to 2 pets and must notify us in advance. Pet fee: $125 per pet, per stay. Weight limit: Pets must not exceed 50 lbs. Unauthorized pets: $250 penalty per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. Guests must pick up after their pets and a $50 penalty applies if pet waste is left on the property. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. You'll want a car for most activities, but if you're looking to fish, swim, bike, and eat/drink that's all on site.
