Carport parking is available for 2 vehicles. This condo is just steps from the soft white sand and sparkling waters of Indian Rocks Beach, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and cafes. The area is family-friendly and peaceful, perfect for watching stunning Gulf sunsets. Clearwater Beach is a 10-minute drive, Sand Key Park is a 12-minute drive, and Caladesi Island State Park is a 20-minute drive. Public beach access is just steps away, and the PTSA Beach Trolley runs along Gulf Blvd from Clearwater to St. Pete Beach, stopping right nearby. Quiet time is between 10 pm and 8 am daily. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Pets are not allowed, and unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. If cleaners determine smoking or vaping has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries), a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200.
