St. Petersburg is 25 minutes away, and Tampa International Airport is 30 minutes away. Disney World is 1.5 hours away with easy interstate access. Quiet hours are observed between 8 PM and 8 AM. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and smoking and vaping are not permitted on the property. Pets are not allowed. Guests must be 25 years or older to rent the property. The thermostat should be set between 66-85 degrees. Violation of any house rules may result in removal from the property without a refund. Smoking violations or evidence of indoor smoke smell will result in a minimum $250 remediation fee. In case of pet violation, a pet fee of $100 per pet per stay applies. Noise levels must remain below 80 decibels at all times. Guests will receive automated text notifications for noise violations. Indoor smoking and fireworks are prohibited.
