This 4-bedroom "barndominium" comfortably accommodates 13 guests. Feel at home in this spacious retreat, perfect for an amazing vacation in Northwest South Carolina. This home features a chef’s kitchen that is fully stocked with high-end stainless appliances and ample cabinetry. Relax in the living room with its 75” smart TV, large plush sofa, and expansive windows. For outdoor fun, enjoy the heated private saltwater pool, hot tub, outdoor patio with a TV, firepit, BBQ grill, corn hole, giant Connect 4, poolside loungers, umbrellas, a hammock, and a swinging daybed. The heated pool is available for an additional fee of $100 per night and must be heated for the entirety of your stay with at least a 3-day notice before your arrival. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay. Greer is a charming historic town with brick streets and lots to do. It's a place where you can golf, fish, kayak, hike, or visit the BMW Zentrum Museum and Performance Center. Greer is 13 miles north of Greenville, 1 hour south of Asheville, 2 hours west of Charlotte, and 3 hours north of Atlanta. Nearby attractions include Greer Station, Greer City Park, and the Greer Heritage Museum. Enjoy local dining at SELECT Restaurant, Blueridge Brewing Company, Harvest Kitchen, Dellaventura's Ristorante and Pizza, Voila French Cafe, and The Southern Growl. No cats are allowed. No parties are allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. Parking is available for 5 vehicles in the driveway, and street parking is not allowed. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property. Bedroom 3 on the upper level includes a dedicated workspace.
