Downtown Columbus is 10–12 minutes away, and Intel & New Albany are 15–20 minutes away. Restaurants, groceries, and parks are under 5 minutes away. Absolutely no parties are allowed, with zero exceptions. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot, and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund. Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering," no matter the size, will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused. Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No smoking is allowed inside the house, and a $500 fine will be charged for violations. Strictly prohibited: underage drinking or drug use, parties or large gatherings, and unauthorized guests.
