My boyfriend and I having been living here for a little over 3 years and love it. The apartment is nice and spacious. Rent is very reasonable and they don’t raise rent very much each year. Rarely have issues with any of the appliances, and if we do, maintenance has always come very quickly to fix it. Office staff are also always very nice and friendly. For example, one time i had realized i forgot to shut the garage door after i had driven off to work. I called the office and someone came by (in the cold and snow) to drop off a package we had waiting in the office and close the garage door for me.

Dearest reader, listen to me: The people who work here are amazing. Full stop. They reserved *two* apartments for us while one was being renno'd. When unforseen complications arose the day before we were supposed to move, they were unbelievably flexible in getting us into a new unit. The whole time they were patient, informative, friendly, and just all around incredibly willing to help us. I'll have to update this when I move out, but our move-in process has only been possible because of Nick, Rob, and Sam.
