It's only 1.3 miles to the football stadium. The home was completely redone in 2018, while maintaining its early 1900s charm. There are 4 well-proportioned bedrooms, including an en-suite master bedroom with a king-size bed and double sinks. The living space features an ultra HD 50" Smart TV with HD cable and Netflix access. Parking is available for up to 4 cars in the driveway. A Pack N Play travel crib, air mattresses with bedding, and extra towels are available upon request. The Old North is a great place to stay in Columbus, with a charming neighborhood feel and close proximity to plenty of things to do. Buses run nearby to take you to the Short North, Downtown, and many other areas. There is also free parking on the street in front of the house. Each guest that enters the home over the number of guests shown in your booking is subject to a fee of $25 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking, parties, loud music, or disturbances, and any instance of breaking these rules will result in immediate cancellation of the booking. Security will be summoned and police will also be involved, and a $250 fine will be charged for the use of the security team for any noise complaints that require intervention. Quiet hours are after 10 pm. If you are in the home beyond the check-out time, you may be subject to a $50 late check-out fee for every hour beyond the check-out time. If there is excessive trash in the home upon check-out, an additional $100 deep clean fee will be charged. Violations of the no-smoking policy will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction, and additional penalties that may occur. Clogs that require a plumber are at the cost of the guest.
