Evidence of smoking will result in recovery fees starting at $500 and may result in immediate termination of the stay. Removing or tampering with smoke detectors will result in a $500 fee. No outside guests are allowed without prior written permission. No weapons or illegal substances are allowed; violations will result in immediate removal and may involve law enforcement. A maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [similar breed]. An additional pet fee between $100 and $300, based on stay length, will be collected separately. Guests must respect neighbors at all times. The property is equipped with privacy-safe noise monitoring devices that measure decibel levels only and do not record audio. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
