My family has been so impressed by Julian and Matt in the rental office. They have been attentive, Efficient, Professional and very kind. Highly recommend Cedars Lakeside Apartments as your next home. The property is well-maintained and in a beautiful landscape near the city. This was the first apartment I had rented in a very long time. I lived in a house for many years so I didn't know what to expect. I lived at Cedars Lakeside for 17 months and waited to write a review until after I moved out. My building faced the woods so it was very quiet. Whenever I had a question or concern the manager, Julian, was very quick to respond. I rarely needed maintenance but when I did, they were also very quick to address what needed to be fixed. My deposit was promptly mailed to me within 3 weeks of my moving out. The move in and move out process was seamless. Rent is expensive wherever you go. Considering the market, I felt this was a better deal than what was available in other apartments in the area. I felt safe and access to the interstate was nice.
