The condo is just over 600 square feet and has an open concept between the kitchen, dining and living area. The bedroom is spacious and has a large closet. There is also a large coat closet, as well as a large den/storage area by the front door. This rental includes EVERYTHING you see in the photos (except the printer and BBQ). Your home includes: -All furniture -All bedding (includes brand new duvet, duvet cover, pillows, pillow cases, mattress cover and sheets) -Decor items (plants, candles, throw pillows, blankets, art, mirrors, etc.) -Full set of dishes, cookware, utensils, pots and pans -Dyson vacuum cleaner -TV and remote -Electric fireplace (has a heating function) -Patio furniture and set-up (includes lights) Extra basics included: -Basket with brand new cleaning supplies -Jumbo stock of toilet paper, paper towels, and Kleenex -Spice rack with spices BONUS: -Small welcome gift for the tenant :) The condo comes with 1 underground parking stall and FOB. There is also street parking available. Please note there is no storage locker, no bathtub (large shower stall only), and no in-suite laundry. There is shared laundry in the building which includes 4 washers and 4 dryers. There is a laundry app which allows for easy access and use of the machines. Laundry is usually available since this is a low rise building with under 60 units.
