I have never once seen him slacking, or even walking slow to his designated purpose. From pickin up trash in the early a.m. or making a quicl stop to fix a piece of countertop laminate. He is always polite, professional, timely, and he makes absolute sure your issue is taken care of, he doesn't slap a bandaid on things. From day 1 he has been steller. Whatever you pay him, double it immediately! Marisela is hands down the best Property Manager Ive ever dealt with. Very friendly, polite, professional, but also as caring as a mother would be for her children. Wholesome. She keeps the "riff raff" out while being totally understanding of each residents personal situation and going above and beyond to accommodate each individual on the property. Between Marisela and Deeb, they have worked together to turn this community around.
