The fully functional kitchen includes tea, coffee, a kettle, a coffeemaker, and a toaster. A washer and dryer are available with supplies. The bathroom includes towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and other toiletries. The two twin beds shown in the photo of Bedroom 3 are combined to form one king-size bed. Underground parking with in/out privileges is available upon request for an additional fee of $25 per night. It's recommended to request it in advance as spaces may be limited. In case of no availability, there is paid underground parking nearby. Pets are allowed with a fee of $10 per pet per night. Travel cribs (for 0-18-month-old babies) are available for $5 per item per night. Please book these items in advance. Located steps to the subway, Toronto Metropolitan University, office towers, Yorkville, and hospitals, this apartment is close to many shops, the Financial District, and Eaton Centre. According to the condo rules, information about all guests' names, ID details, vehicle, and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot) must be provided to the condo management prior to arrival. Guests must send a selfie with their ID as an anti-fraud measure and must be 18 or over to check in. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given are not allowed into the building. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the smoke alarm is triggered and the smell of any type of smoke is discovered, the partner has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you a $150 service call and $200 cleaning fee. The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door only and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). The front door will be checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level. The partner has the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests exceeds the number specified in the reservation.
