There are two other roommates (both single, straight men, neither have girlfriends - no "extra" roommates to deal with), who are in their late 20's, clean, respectful, and great guys. I am moving for work and am trying to find someone to take my spot on the lease. There are two bathrooms in the house, but you would only be sharing with one person. The second guy lives on the third floor with his own bathroom. There is a rooftop patio, central air conditioning, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and lots of space. The rent has actually stayed the same for nearly 9 years and is quite reasonable for the area. You would pay 925 per month plus your share of utilities, which on average comes to $70 per month, so budget for $1000 and you'll be safe. The room has two windows, lots of light, and one wall is exposed brick. Good closet space. I'm willing to leave all the furniture in there - give me a reasonable number and you can have everything in the room. Kitchen is already stocked with most things, which stay with the house.
