This 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat offers a unique and comfortable stay near the Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. The main level features a warm and inviting living room centered around a river rock fireplace and Smart TV. The kitchen and dining area showcase exposed wood beams, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances with bar seating. The lower level is designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a spacious lounge with an L-shaped reclining sofa and TV, and a saloon-style bar. This level also includes a washer and dryer. The gas fireplace in the basement is available for guest use. Step outside to a private, fully fenced backyard featuring a hammock nestled between the trees, a furnished covered deck, and a hot tub, ideal for relaxing after skiing or exploring the canyon trails. Driveway parking accommodates 5–6 vehicles. The garage is not available for guest use. Guests will have access to the entire home except the garage. Approved pets are welcome with a pet fee. Nearby attractions include The Hog Wallow Pub, Porcupine Pub & Grille, and The Cotton Bottom Inn. It's also conveniently located 15 miles from Downtown Salt Lake City and 22 miles from Salt Lake City International Airport. This is a 100% smoke-free property. Any violation will result in a $200 per day fine for the duration of the stay. Undisclosed or unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee. Approved pets and Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) incur a pet fee that can be found in the listing. Service Animals: ADA-recognized Service Animals stay for free. Guests must clean up after their pet. A $25 fee per instance of uncollected waste outdoors will be applied. Guests are responsible for professional cleaning costs for indoor "accidents" and the full cost of any property damage caused by pets. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged $50 per hour. We provide an initial supply of paper goods, soaps, sponges, and detergents. Any additional supplies needed during your stay are the guest's responsibility to purchase.
