I have felt right at home from the first time I met Linda in the office to look at my place. She had read my application and knew who I was as soon as I walked in the door. She also understood my preferences as far as what I wanted for my rental and location within the development and worked hard to put me where I wanted to be. I stop in the office and chat with the staff occasionally because they are more like my friends than anything. I have packages sent there in the event I'm not going to be home to get them. Truly all around, excellent service. For the development itself, it may seem like there are a lot of cars but it is really quiet. Also, it's a townhome development so I feel like it should be somewhat populated anyway so the cars may make it seem like it'd be busy and noisy but it is not. The staff are very vocal and communicative about keeping the development in good standing order as well as addressing issues should any arise. I have small children and it makes me a happy parent for them to address things like noise or people driving too fast. Other tenants also respond well to these requests - there are no ongoing issues that I have noticed. The grounds are well kept. My neighbors are friendly. I also like how close I am to a lot of things, too like restaurants and shopping. I'm very happy with my choice at Sunpointe Townhomes and I know you will be, too!
