The spacious kitchen flows perfectly with the open and spacious living room. The kitchen is very well stocked and offers everything you may need to cook a three-course meal. The master suite has a comfortable king-size bed and shades to guarantee a good night's sleep. The private master bathroom and extra-large closet space complete the perfect ambiance for a comfortable stay. The living area offers a sleeper sofa couch and new furniture. Amenities include a private balcony overlooking the lake with a Vegas-style show every night, private beach access, AC, in-unit washer and dryer, five unique pools (some are heated), 52,000 square feet of lakefront boardwalk, a fully equipped fitness center, outdoor gazebos, pool sun loungers, miniature golf, on-site security, an on-site market/bistro, on-site dining options and flexible meeting spaces for conferences, weddings and other group functions. There are seven elevators. Covered parking is available for a maximum of two vehicles. There is an additional one-time fee of $95 for the parking passes and wristbands for the whole group, for the whole stay. Located across the street from the beach, this apartment is a 3-minute walk through the gated beach access for the complex and a 7-10 minute drive to Pier Park. Guests must pre-register online with the names, ages, and vehicle make and model before the check-in date, and pick them up at the front desk at check-in. The primary guest must be 21 and present to reserve the place. Check-in time is after 4:30 pm, and there may be delays on busy days.
