Please note that the primary guest must be 21 and present to reserve the place. This unit overlooks the lake where the light show happens at night. This unit offers a spacious kitchen that flows perfectly with the open living room. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need to cook a three-course meal. The master suite has a comfortable king-size bed and shades to guarantee a good night's sleep, a private master bathroom, and extra-large closet space. The bunk area is secluded and has a private bathroom accessible right across. Enjoy amenities such as a private balcony overlooking the lake with a Vegas-style show every night, private beach access, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, an in-unit washer and dryer, and seven elevators. Parking is available for a maximum of two vehicles. There is an additional one-time fee of $95 for the parking passes and wristbands for the whole group, for the whole stay, due to the HOA. Located across the street from the beach and a 7-10 minute drive from Pier Park, Laketown Wharf offers a resort-style vacation with five unique pools (some heated), 52,000 square feet of lakefront boardwalk, a fully equipped fitness center, miniature golf, an on-site market/bistro, on-site dining options, and flexible meeting spaces for conferences, weddings, and other group functions. Other amenities include outdoor gazebos, pool sun loungers, and on-site security. Guests must pre-register online with the names, ages, and vehicle make and model before the check-in date and pick them up at the front desk at check-in. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. Check-in time is after 4:30 pm, and there may be delays on busy days due to long waits at the elevators or traffic.
