Any booking made within 48 hours of arrival will require a credit card and matching ID on file, with no exceptions; otherwise, the reservation will be canceled and refunded. Our trusted partner requires the registered guest booking and occupying the apartment to be 25 years of age or older. There are no exceptions to this policy.
