If I had the option to rate 10 stars I would! The Kelly at 23rd luxury apartments really is an amazing and beautiful property. I just recently move here when I was trying to find a nice place to live. A friend recommended this property to me and told me to give it a look. I’m really glad I did too because not only was the management phenomenal with providing me with useful information about questions I’ve had. They also made the move in process quick, easy, and stress free. The property also happens to be right by local restaurants, stores, and local activities which makes it very convenient. Management is extremely welcoming and always care to lend a helping hand. If you’re looking for a place to live I would highly recommend The Kelly at 23rd. Hands down!!! 🤩😉☺️

My name is Robert Mitchell. I was coming into The Kelly for a completely different reason besides moving in. Once i stepped foot in, Devan and Airianna greeted me with a huge smile and welcome. Made me forget why I was even there. I started to enquire about availability in which Devan sat me down and discussed my options, took me on a tour and I just knew I had to bring my wife to come check it out!! My wife and I, We have been really wanting to move and prayed on what our best options were. This place was really laid on our heart and we decided The Kelly would be our new home to raise our two boys. Thank you to Scott for helping getting settled in, effectively with clear communication on the complex and 'the need to know' of all details. The front staff is amazing, well organized, and is just a great team. I'm so excited for my family to be apart of this community!
