This well-appointed condo offers everything you may need for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to enjoy a home-cooked meal after a long day at the beach. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a private en suite bathroom and upgraded granite countertops. The bunk area is located in the hallway and has its own bathroom. The open living room is spacious and set-up for everyone to gather and connect. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, linens, towels, toiletries, cable/satellite TV, access to pools, two outdoor hot tubs, a tiki bar, and a fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment. Enjoy the ocean view from the private balcony. Parking is available for up to two vehicles. A $55 flat resort fee includes a pass for one vehicle and wristbands for the guests. The complex features two buildings; park your car at the back building, settle in, unpack, and walk through the covered walkway to the beach. The complex is centrally located in the heart of Panama City Beach and is a short 7 to 10-minute drive to Pier Park. The primary guest must be 21 and present to reserve the place, per the HOA rules. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. Pet weight and breed restrictions apply, and proof of vaccination is required as per the HOA rules. Pets on the list of dangerous breeds are banned and include but are not limited to: Pure-or mixed breed Akita, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Catahoula Leopard, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Wolf. No smoking, parties, or events are allowed on or in the property. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum and avoid disruptive behavior.
