The bunk area is located in the hallway and has its own bathroom. The spacious living room is perfectly set up for everyone to gather and connect. Amenities include a fitness room, two in-ground pools (one heated), two spas, tiki bars, an in-unit washer and dryer, a private balcony with an ocean view, cable/satellite TV, linens, towels, and toiletries. Parking is available for up to two vehicles. A flat resort fee of $55 includes a pass for one vehicle and wristbands for the guests. A pass for a second vehicle is $35. Motorcycle parking passes are $55. A pet fee of $50 for a 1-7 night stay and $5 for each additional night is payable to the HOA. The complex features two buildings; park your car at the back building, settle in, unpack, and walk through the covered walkway to the beach. This complex is centrally located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The primary guest must be 21 and present to reserve the place, per the HOA rules. Two dogs up to 25 lb are allowed, but breed and weight restrictions apply; pets on the list of dangerous breeds are banned and include, but are not limited to, pure-or mixed breed Akita, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Catahoula Leopard, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Wolf. Proof of vaccination records is required by the HOA. Check-in time is after 4:30 pm; there may be delays on busy days.
