This home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. This spacious South Nampa retreat was designed to provide both comfort and flexibility for groups and families. The open-concept living area allows guests to gather easily for meals, conversation, or relaxing evenings after exploring the area. One of the most appreciated features is the private setting with no backyard neighbors, offering a level of quiet and privacy that is hard to find in many suburban homes. Outdoor amenities are provided as a courtesy and may occasionally require maintenance due to normal use and weather exposure. The home is professionally cleaned and maintained; however, being located in a residential area means occasional outdoor insects or wildlife common to the region may be present. Well-behaved pets are allowed with prior approval and a fee of $50 per pet per stay. The home is located in a quiet South Nampa neighborhood, offering a peaceful residential setting while remaining close to local attractions, including local wineries and vineyards, downtown Nampa restaurants and breweries, shopping centers and grocery stores, and parks and outdoor recreation. This is a quiet neighborhood where normal residential sounds such as pets, vehicles, or nearby activity may occasionally be heard. Exterior security cameras are in place for guest and property safety, and there are no cameras inside the home. Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee.
