Well-behaved pets are allowed with prior approval and a fee of $50 per pet per stay. You'll be 10 minutes from major shopping and have easy access to other parts of town. There is limited public transportation, so you will definitely want a vehicle to get here and around town. While Uber or Lyft may be available, it may be sparse with long wait times. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. Smoking (including vaping and cannabis) inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance; additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM; please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. Tampering with security devices is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund. Guests acknowledge that minor signs of wear and tear, such as scuffed walls, small paint chips, or other cosmetic blemishes, may be present due to normal use and do not constitute damage or justify refunds.
