Guests enjoy central air conditioning, natural gas heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, and durable flooring throughout. Well-behaved pets are allowed with prior approval and a fee of $50 per pet per stay. The apartment sits in one of Caldwell’s most convenient locations, directly across from the College of Idaho campus. Nearby attractions include Indian Creek Plaza, downtown Caldwell dining and coffee shops, Canyon County Fair & Rodeo Grounds, Snake River Valley wineries, and local parks and walking paths.
