Unauthorized parties or events will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund. Quiet hours are observed from 8 PM to 8 AM. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests will be set up for self-check-in, with codes and instructions sent via the app by 3 PM on the arrival day. Metered street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be aware of the street sweeping schedule to avoid parking fines. Guests are asked to treat the space, other guests, and neighbors with dignity and respect. Unauthorized pets are not allowed and will incur hefty fines and termination of the agreement. Service animals are welcome and must follow ADA guidelines. Additional cleaning fees may apply for violations such as parties, smoking indoors, unauthorized pets, or excessive mess. Emergency HVAC service calls if thermostat guidelines aren't followed will incur a $500 fee. Missing amenities will be charged at market value plus a 60% markup.
