The adjacent dining space features a wood-top table for formal meals and custom accent shelving. A dedicated coffee bar is equipped with a Keurig Duo, and both ground coffee and K-cups are provided. A dedicated in-unit laundry room with a side-by-side washer and dryer is provided for your convenience. Enjoy cable TV in the living room and streaming app access on the smart TVs, along with a curated selection of board games. The guest bathroom features a fully tiled walk-in shower, while the primary suite offers a private tub/shower layout. We provide two beach chairs, an umbrella, and soft beach towels. Guests enjoy access to the Vista Hermosa community’s heated pool and sun deck. A pet fee of $100 per pet per stay applies. Nestled on the world-renowned Siesta Key, the property is positioned in a vibrant coastal community known for its unique quartz sand and turquoise waters. Salt & Sol is situated in a prime location within easy walking distance to the boutique shops and local dining of the Village, as well as several public beach access points. For excursions to mainland Sarasota, the drive time is approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Quiet hours are between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Noise levels must remain below 80 decibels at all times, and guests will receive automated text notifications for noise violations. Indoor smoking, fireworks, and glass around pool areas are prohibited, and smoking violations or evidence of indoor smoke smell will result in a minimum $250 remediation fee. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Guests must bring their own cleaning supplies, toiletries, and kitchen ingredients. Linens for pull-out sofas are not automatically supplied, so please let us know in advance if they are needed. Disabling or tampering with security devices will result in immediate eviction without refund. Any illegal activity, including drug use, will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
