Issues that we couldn't resolve for two months were sorted out by Natalia in just two days! It's simply astonishing. She carefully listened to all our problems, thoroughly understood the situation, and proposed effective solutions. I especially want to highlight her friendliness and willingness to help at any moment. Natalia is not only a professional in her field but also a wonderful person. She is always available, promptly responds to all inquiries, and does everything possible to ensure clients are satisfied. The five stars are completely dedicated to Heather Field!!! She is the saving grace to these apartments. Although there are cons that come with this complex, like any complex, Heather is a refreshing counterbalance and our family is thankful she works here.
