Paul did everything that was on my list & left my apartment just the way he found it. Very efficient & done promptly. Very much appreciated.. Thank you. Paul goes beyond the norm. Had frost all over in my freezer. He took everything out to clean it & put things back in much more organized than how he found it. Very appreciative of him taking the time to do so. Thanks so much!

Overall I am very pleased with Sage. The building and apartment is beautiful. I am disappointed with the laziness of the residents who don't clean up after their dogs (I am a pet owner and am disgusted with the amount of dog feces on property). I know that's not necessarily the fault of management, but maybe some more forceful language and recommendations to the residents is in order. I would like to see the elevator floor cleaned a little more frequently, its a bit dirty. The pool area, spa and grills are great I used them last night for the first time. I would also hope the back entrance gate is repaired soon so not just anyone can drive in here. Finally, we have that nice package valet system, however, almost no couriers use it. We were away for a week on vacation and packages were just left at our door for anyone to take if they wanted. Can we mandate that the packages are placed in the valet? Overall, Sage is a great place to live. Thank you.
