It includes all new kitchen appliances, eat-in kitchen and dual zone wine cellar. This unit is located near the community pool and hot tub along with guest grilling stations and shuffleboard. The clubhouse has a fitness center, sauna, library and ice machine. The unit sleeps up to 4 and is located in a 55+ community (one person must be at least 55 years of age to rent). 30 day minimum rental. Discount applied to longer stays. Siesta Harbor community is not pet friendly and pets are not permitted on the property nor in the units.
