With its thoughtful design, this haven can comfortably house up to ten guests. The heart of this retreat lies in its fully equipped kitchen, the perfect space for those who love to whip up delectable meals. The four bedrooms and two bathrooms provide a sense of spaciousness and privacy. Entertainment options abound with a poker, ping pong and pool table, board games, a private sand volleyball court, cornhole, a fire pit with seating, and smart TVs in every bedroom. The standout feature is undoubtedly the amazing pool, surrounded by shaded lounge chairs. A charcoal grill is also available. This property is dog friendly. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for a pet fee of $125. A pack n play and high chair are provided for added convenience. Driveway parking is available for a maximum of 4 cars. What sets this retreat apart is its strategic location—4 miles to Honeymoon Island. Uber and Lyft are reliable modes of transportation. Absolutely no parties are allowed, grounds for termination. The house is outfitted with an exterior Minut noise device, which monitors noise decibels (does not record) in an effort to be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours per the city of Palm Harbor are from 10pm-7am. There is a ring camera at the front door and 2 on either side of the house solely for security purposes. The side cameras are not active as we do not have access to them. The pool is not heated, but in the summer months, expect it to be warm naturally. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night.
