The large living area is designed for easy gathering, giving you space to connect or settle into a quiet moment. The game room extends the indoor experience, offering a pool table, foosball table, poker table, and arcades, as well as a view of the backyard. A TV and dedicated workspace add flexibility for both downtime and everyday tasks. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans help keep the indoor environment comfortable. A large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances provides everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The dining area offers space to enjoy them together, and indoor living flows naturally into the kitchen, making the home feel connected and practical. The backyard includes outdoor furniture, a fire pit, a putting green, and an outdoor bar with a minifridge, giving you multiple ways to enjoy the open space. A patio or balcony and a fenced backyard area offer room to spend time outdoors. This home includes a washer, dryer, essentials, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage. A smart lock allows for easy self check-in. A Pack 'n play/Travel crib and high chair are available for families. Pets are allowed, and long-term stays are welcomed. Free parking on premises and free street parking add convenience throughout your stay. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. If you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
