Welcome to your bright and inviting Clearwater retreat, a villa where you can feel at home. This villa offers a seamless indoor-outdoor flow, creating the perfect backdrop for relaxed mornings, lively games, and sunset evenings by the pool. It sleeps up to 9 guests and features 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. This villa features a full kitchen, an indoor-outdoor dining area, a workspace, a private pool, and a backyard with a putting green. Enjoy the game room with a pool table, foosball, poker table, and arcade machines. A washer and dryer, fresh linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided, along with a Pack ’n Play travel crib and high chair. High-speed Wi-Fi and a smart lock for self-check-in are included for your convenience. This is a pet-friendly property. Located near Largo, Eagle Lake Park, Highland Recreation Complex, Clearwater Beach, and downtown Clearwater, the villa sits in a peaceful residential area while keeping you close to beaches, restaurants, and local attractions. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
