The main living area provides an easy place to gather, with flexible seating. A TV and dedicated workspace support both downtime and everyday needs. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans help maintain a comfortable environment. The full kitchen gives you the space to prepare meals with stainless steel appliances and room to move comfortably as you cook. The dining area sits nearby, keeping the space connected so meals can unfold naturally across the kitchen and living areas. A washer, dryer, essentials, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage are available for your use. Wi-Fi supports daily use, and the smart lock allows for easy self check-in. Families will find a Pack 'n play/Travel crib and a high chair for added flexibility. Enjoy the private pool, pickleball/basketball court, mini golf, and outdoor movie theatre. Set near Largo, Eagle Lake Park, Highland Recreation Complex, Clearwater Beach, and Downtown Clearwater, this home places you close to outdoor spaces, beaches, and local restaurants while offering a peaceful residential setting. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to bring a house-trained dog (less than 60 lbs), and a pet fee will be applied. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. The number of cars on the property at any given time should never exceed 3. Please respect the neighborhood and be considerate of our neighbors while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property unless kept locked in vehicle. We reserve the right to pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Check-out time is 10AM. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
