The Star, Toyota HQ, and JP Morgan Chase are also nearby. A strict no-party policy is enforced. Ring cameras monitor the entrance, and noise detectors are installed inside. Any party activity will prompt police intervention and immediate eviction without refunds. Unauthorized guests at the unit or pool will incur a $100 fine per person.
