A copy of a State Identification Card or Driver's License will be requested upon booking. Guests residing within a 40-mile radius must contact the host before booking. Travelers must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building and any violation of this policy will incur a $250 fine, plus cleaning costs to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. Pets are not allowed and violating the pet policy may result in a $500 fine. Guests with service animals are encouraged to contact us before booking. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The number of guests on the reservation cannot exceed the number specified in the booking, including visitors. Failure to comply with the guest limit may result in cancellation of the reservation. For same-day late check-ins, prior approval is required. Video surveillance may be used in public areas.
