Public transportation is readily accessible with bus stops just steps from the building. Taxis are also readily available for convenient travel throughout the city. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM unless otherwise requested. Any smoking will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund for the entire stay, and a charge to remediate smoking will be the actual costs of complete environmental remediation or $3,000, whichever is lower. Excessive noise violations after the first complaint will result in cancellation of the reservation with no refund. If there is damage to the apartment and we are not notified, it can result in cancellation of the reservation. Missing or destroyed fixtures or personal property will result in the actual replacement cost plus a restocking fee of $50.00. Pets on premises without advance written permission will result in the actual costs of complete environmental remediation or $3,000, whichever is lower.
