All bedrooms include memory foam mattresses with quality pillows and blackout curtains. Driveway parking and garage parking are available. A parking garage is available at an additional fee. Enjoy a convenient location with just a 15-minute commute to the vibrant energy of Downtown Indianapolis and close proximity to Franciscan Health Indianapolis, many restaurants, and shopping centers. The neighborhood is a nice and quiet community, accessible via the main road through Emerson, where development may occasionally cause slight delays. Any undeclared guests will incur an additional fee of $40 per day. Exceeding the house capacity of 15 persons at any time can lead to the removal of all guests without a refund. Guests are responsible for taking the trash bin to the curb for Wednesday morning pick-up. A smoking fee of $250, and a late check-out fee of $50 will be applied for any house rule violation. Please ensure not to park in front of the mailbox during the day to ensure mail can be delivered. Dedicated workspace areas are available.
