Daily housekeeping services are available upon your request for an additional fee. Free street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. A short walk to the famous Magazine St. and St. Charles Ave, this house is in the Central Business District of New Orleans and is known as one of the most exciting neighborhoods in the city, boasting some of the country's best dining options, music venues, and a vibrant nightlife. The St. Charles Streetcar (trolley) is only a block away. Harrah's New Orleans casino is located a mile from the house. This house is only a mile away from Mercedes-Benz Superdome, the National World War II Museum, Audubon Aquarium of the Americas, and House of Blues. The nearest grocery store, Dryades Public Market, is only 0.2 miles from the house, and the neighborhood Walgreens is only 3 blocks away. Gatherings of more than 6 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Smoking is prohibited in the unit/house and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed, and violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses.
