This stylish 1950's bungalow is fully updated and perfect for your stay in Birmingham. It is fully equipped with high-quality pots, pans, and accessories, and includes a dishwasher, a dining area with seating for 4, a French press coffee maker, a burr grinder, an electric kettle, locally roasted whole bean coffee, assorted teas and cocoa, fast Wi-Fi, a smart TV, books and games, a washer and dryer in the kitchen with detergent included, and an iron and ironing board. Enjoy incredible outdoor spaces, including a gas barbecue, a hammock, a fire pit, a screened side porch, a deck with a seating area, and corn hole. Dogs are allowed. Avondale is one of the hottest neighborhoods in Birmingham, home to several breweries and tons of new, delicious restaurants and bars, and a beautiful park. The neighborhood is incredibly convenient, just a few minutes from downtown and the airport. For those visiting without access to a car, Uber/Lyft are super convenient, and it is easy to bike to parks, food, and entertainment in Avondale. Quiet hours are between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. If smoking occurs, a $200 base remediation fee will be charged. If additional cleaning, deodorization, linen replacement, HVAC treatment, or other remediation is required, the guest is responsible for the full cost. Guests are also responsible for any related expenses caused by smoking, including refunds or relocation of incoming or neighboring guests and any resulting lost revenue. Guests who do not adhere to the noise policy may be asked to leave, without a refund, forfeiting any remaining nights on their reservation. Guests who have moved furniture or decorations during their stay and failed to return them to their original location may be charged an additional $50 cleaning fee for each item, in addition to any applicable repair or replacement costs incurred by the movement of furniture or decorations.
